Items purchased online can be picked up in-store or shipped within the United States. We will determine the best shipping method for the item but generally ship using UPS Ground. Please double check your package and item upon delivery as third-party carriers often do not handle packages with the care they deserve. If damage has occurred to any item(s) we will make a claim with the carrier.
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but understand that styling and sizing is difficult to buy online. For this we want to be as flexible as we reasonably can. Due to our single-store operation and limited availability (by choice), our return policy window is shorter than other stores.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, style, or model, we offer a 30-day in-store credit window. Items must be new, unused, and in the same condition you purchased. Tags and packaging (where applicable) must be intact.
If you are unsatisfied with the purchase altogether, please notify us within 3-days of receiving the item to initiate a return for a refund. Items purchased by another person as a gift may only be refunded to the original purchaser. Gifts may be returned for store credit which can be used on any item or service in the store.
Some items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. There are no returns or exchanges on: sale items and clearance items, special orders, sunglasses, goggles, helmets, swimwear, or underwear. There are also no returns or exchanges on drilled or used skis, used ski boots, or consignment items. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on lift tickets.
We do not offer free shipping on any returns.
